How do you accept payments?

I now use invoices. Clients can pay securely on the invoice using any major debit/credit card. If you do not pay using the invoice, but if you will like an invoice then one can be provided. I accept pay pal, and third party apps such as CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. You are required to cover any fees incurred when using third party forms of payment to pay for your services with me. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit down before starting on ANY work, and the remaining 50% of the quote after you approve of the final design. If you choose to pay the full amount and bypass a deposit, then a refund of only 50% will be provided back to your original payment method. There are no exceptions to refunding deposits on any purchase. Any special promotions will have varied deposit amounts. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our pricing and promotions. 

How long should I expect my logo to be finished?

Most projects require 3-5 business day turnaround time. Sometimes I finish in a day, sometimes I finish in two days, but I require 3-5 business days to showcase a rough draft of any work I am contracted to design. Logos are included with the 3-5 business days, but lengthier tasks such as website designs may require a longer turnaround time. If you want a website designed, then I recommend you come prepared with all necessary files and direction for the turnaround time to be as prompt as it can be.

Why are websites so expensive?

Websites may seem expensive because they require a lot of time and patience to complete especially if a client does not have a direction to go in with their website. You also have to account for e-commerce sites which are sites that sell products and services online like my site. Website building requires a hosting platform subscription which will cost your money to publish your site.
